5.3. Bike Pedla may refuse or cancel orders at any time, including for pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

6.1 Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs, delivery times, and methods are provided at checkout.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are accurate.

6.2 Returns & Exchanges

  • Pre-owned items are sold “as-is”, and minor wear or cosmetic imperfections are normal.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

  • Returns or refunds are available if items are faulty, misrepresented, or not of acceptable quality, in line with ACL guarantees.

6.3 Reporting Faults

  • Contact Bike Pedla within 7 days of receiving your item if it is faulty, damaged, or misrepresented.

  • Provide order details and photos of the item.

6.4 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is returned, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds do not apply for normal wear or change-of-mind purchases.

6.5 Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered at Bike Pedla’s discretion, subject to availability. Contact us via email for instructions.

6.6 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or misrepresented.

  • Use a tracked shipping service, as Bike Pedla is not liable for items lost in transit.
